Lead Quest: The recently conducted half-a-day leadership development programme by 3W Academy on ” Model Josephian”, a personality psychometric test and team-building activity, gave prefects and stewards of St. Joseph’s College, Colombo a very engaging and productive experience. The event held on 19 August 2023 engaged the students in multiple fun activities that would enhance their leadership skills and allow them to become more effective leaders in various aspects of their lives – in school, university, clubs and societies, or in the corporate world.
