He holds an outstanding record of developing effective sales and marketing teams to attain market leadership. His strong leadership has brought out the best in managing a five-star hotel, and broad business interaction including business development, customer relationship management and people development supported by excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. He possesses a clear understanding of all aspects of hotel development and management, airline representation, freight forwarding, destination management, retail and manufacturing, and how they meet commercial imperatives and drive business innovation and strategy development.
